When you're unable to make progress towards your dreams

it feels like a part of yourself slips away. Of course it does. Your passions and interests are intimately tied to who you are.

The longer you are stuck in place or spun around in an endless loop, the more you begin to burn out. The extinguishing of your sense of identity, agency, control, vitality, and purpose soon follows.

You start to believe that you don't have what it takes. That no one will care about your work. And that your dream is just a dream.​​These beliefs turn into self-limiting stories that, when left unchallenged, end in helplessness on an unfinished page.​​​

This is why I've created a single-session intensive using Source of Dreams, a storytelling, journaling board game and self-discovery tool that helps you arise again, through the resource-full telling of your dreams. Because, your dream is not the destination, or the journey, but the story you choose to tell.

What is Source of Dreams?

Source of Dreams is a storytelling game and educational tool for self reflection that I began designing in 2022. It's inspired by divination practices (e.g. tarot, astrology, and oracle cards) and my passion and background in providing Expressive Arts Therapy and Geek Therapy.

Source of Dreams is designed to create opportunities for you to develop meaningful insights that inspire change, promote healing, and affirm who you are.  It's a process that teaches you how to deepen insights and cultivate generative narratives about what it means to embody your resource-full-self.
